  • Together, we’ll define clear, goals and create a personalized action plan tailored to your lifestyle. This plan serves as your roadmap for making sustainable changes.

  • Every week, we’ll check in to track progress, address challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. Whether through chat, voice messages, or short calls, these check-ins help you stay accountable and motivated.

  • At the end of the coaching period, we’ll reflect on your progress, celebrate your wins, and outline your next steps. If you want continued support, we can explore long-term strategies to help you stay on track.
